Home Prides Return Policy

At Home Prides, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your bed linens purchase, we are here to help.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all bed linens. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please note that returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Exclusions

- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customized or monogrammed bed linens are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@homeprides.com. Our team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We recommend using the provided return shipping label to ensure your return is processed promptly and accurately. Home Prides is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return meets our criteria, we will process your refund within 3-4 business days to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please follow the steps outlined in the "How to Initiate a Return" section to return the item you wish to exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
